1. Organizing Company
The promotional activities are organized by GREENCUT Tools, hereinafter referred to as Beself Brands SL, with registered office at Calle Blanquers, 7 - 8, 43800 Valls, Tarragona, and NIF: B-65114373. The company is registered in the Commercial Register of Tarragona, Volume 2847, Folio 6, Sheet T47561, Entry 4.
2. Specific Conditions
The necessary requirements to participate in a specific promotional activity are described in the promotional materials for each campaign. These materials will include information regarding the duration, participation method, cost of participation, and the location of the general participation terms.
3. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in any promotional activity implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and the specific conditions of each promotional activity. Participants must comply with the requirements established in Section 4 of these general terms to be considered valid participants.
4. Participation Requirements
Participation is open to any individual over 18 years of age residing in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands, except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), France, and Italy (excluding islands). Employees of Beself Brands SL are not eligible to participate. Only those who meet the participation requirements specified in the promotional material on the website will be considered valid participants.
5. Start and End Dates of the Promotional Activity
The start and end dates of each promotion will be communicated through the promotional materials.
6. Promotional Activities Mechanism
Participation will take place through the channels where the promotion is advertised. The winner will be selected randomly.
7. Prizes
The prizes will be described in the promotional materials for each activity, indicating their nature and the number of available units. These prizes are offered by Greencut Tools, unless stated otherwise.
8. Winner Selection
The selection process for the contest winners will be outlined in the promotional materials for each campaign, specifying the number of winners and the criteria used for selection. Beself Brands SL will contact the winners via mobile phone, email, or social media. The winners will be required to provide personal details necessary for prize delivery. If a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the next participant in the selection ranking will be contacted. By providing their personal data, users expressly accept the conditions of the promotions described in these participation terms. The winners will be selected through certified sweepstakes platforms.
9. Prize Distribution
Winners agree that their personal data may be transferred to the brand or partner company of each promotional activity to facilitate the delivery of their prizes. The responsibility for distribution, delivery, returns, or any other issue related to the prize delivery lies exclusively with the collaborating brand.
10. Publication of Winners' Identities
Winners accept that their names may be published through the channels deemed appropriate by Beself Brands SL, within a maximum of 15 days after the end of each contest.
11. Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, and its implementing regulations, participants are informed that the personal data voluntarily provided to Beself Brands SL will be stored in an automated file managed by Beself Brands SL, with registered office at C/ Blanquers, Parcel 7-8, 43800 Valls.
The participants' data will be used by Beself Brands SL for the following purposes:
- Managing participation in the promotion (contacting winners and sharing necessary data with partner brands or companies to facilitate prize delivery).
- Conducting segmentation activities for strategic and business purposes.
- Fulfilling tax requirements related to the promotion.
- Sending commercial information and offers, both via traditional and electronic means, about our products and services and those of other companies belonging to Beself Brands SL.
Participation in this promotion is exclusively for individuals over 18 years old. Participants acknowledge and accept that Beself Brands SL may share their personal data with other companies within Beself Brands SL. Additionally, the collected data may be transferred to collaborating entities involved in organizing the promotion, competent authorities (including tax authorities), and financial entities, all of which are located within the national territory.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Promotional activities are governed by Spanish law. Beself Brands SL and the participants expressly waive any other jurisdiction and agree to submit to the courts of the participant’s residence for any dispute arising from the promotion.
Interpretation of Terms and Conflict Resolution
The interpretation and enforcement of these terms shall be governed by Spanish law. Any disputes regarding the interpretation or fulfillment of these terms shall be settled by the Courts of Alicante.
