With warranty

You only have to fill in this form and after validating that the repair is under warranty, our customer service team will tell you the nearest workshop to your home from the following list to drop off your machine.

IMPORTANT! To do this, it is essential that you present your purchase invoice or the order number of your faulty product to the official workshop.

No warranty

In the event that the fault is not covered by the warranty, the official Greencut workshop will give you the option of a repair estimate so that you can decide whether or not to carry out the repair.

*In case of improper use of the machine and therefore the warranty does not cover the repairs, the official Greencut workshop or the Greencut technical service will send you a repair estimate with the corresponding invoice for the transport of collection and delivery of the machinery.
