1. Organising company

The organisation of the promotional actions is promoted by Prat International Brands SL, with registered office at Calle Blanquers, 7 - 8, 43800 VALLS, TARRAGONA and with Tax Identification Number: B-65114373. Registered in the Mercantile Register of Tarragona, Volume 2847, Folio 6, Page T47561, Inscription 4.

 

2. Specific rules

The requirements necessary to participate in a specific promotional action are described in the promotional material for each promotional action and will include information regarding the duration of the action, the form of participation, the cost of participation and the location of the general rules of participation.

 

3. Acceptance of the terms and conditions

Participation in a given promotional action implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions and of the specific terms and conditions of each promotional action. Recognition as a valid participant is subject to the fulfilment of the requirements established in point 4 of these general rules.

 

4. Participation requirements

Any person of legal age and resident in Spanish territory, except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, may participate in the promotion. Employees of the organising company Prat International Brands SL are not eligible to participate. Only users who meet the participation requirements described in the promotional material on the website will be considered eligible to participate.

 

5. Dates of commencement and termination of the promotional action

The start and end dates of each promotion are made known through the promotional material for the promotion.

 

6. Operation of the promotional actions

Participation through the channels where the promotion takes place. The selection of the winner will be random.

 

7. Prizes

The prizes will be described in the promotional material of each action, indicating their nature and number of units. These prizes are offered by the Greencut brand.

 

8. Selection of the winners

The mechanics of the selection of the winners of the competition will be described in the promotional material of each action, indicating the number of winners and the criteria used for their selection. Prat International Brands SL. will contact the winners by mobile phone, email or social networks, who will be asked for the personal details necessary to send the prizes. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the next participant in the ranking of those selected will be contacted. By submitting their personal data, users expressly accept the conditions of the promotions described in these terms and conditions of participation. Winners will be chosen through certified sweepstakes platforms.

 

9. Distribution of prizes

The winners accept that their personal data will be transferred to the brand or company collaborating in each promotional action so that the corresponding prizes can be sent to them. The responsibility for the distribution, delivery, return or any other circumstance affecting the delivery of the prizes lies solely and exclusively with the collaborating brand.

 

10. Publication of the identity of the winners

The winners accept that their name will be published by the means that Prat International Brands SL deems appropriate, within a maximum period of 15 days following the end date of each competition.

 

11. Processing of personal data

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, and its implementing regulations, we inform you that the personal data that [Prat International Brands SL] voluntarily receives from participants will be included in an automated file under the responsibility of [Prat International Brands SL] domiciled at C/ BLANQUERS PARCELA 7-8 - 43800 VALLS. The participants' data will be used by [Prat International Brands SL] for the purpose of managing their participation in this promotion (contacting the winning participants and transmitting said data to the collaborating brands or companies, and thus being able to carry out the prize-giving), carrying out segmentation activities for purely strategic and business purposes, completing tax formalities, as well as sending them information and commercial offers, both by ordinary and electronic means, about our products and services and those of other companies belonging to Prat International Brands SL. Participation in this promotion is exclusively aimed at people over 18 years of age. You are aware and accept that Prat International Brands SL may make your personal data available to other Prat International Brands SL companies. Likewise, for the aforementioned purposes, the data collected may be transferred to all those entities that collaborate in the organisation of the promotion, competent authorities (including tax authorities) and financial entities, which will be located within the national territory.

 

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The promotional actions are governed by Spanish law. Prat Internacional Brands SL. and the participants in the promotion, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the participant in the promotion for any controversy that may arise from the promotion.
