What payment methods do you have?
We currently accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit card, or bank transfer. Please note that credit card payments often require your confirmation through your bank’s online platform (your bank’s mobile app). Without this final authorization, the order payment will not be processed.
Can I pay cash on delivery?

Can I finance my purchase?
If you want to finance your purchase, select the option in the payment gateway, go to the next step in ORDER SUMMARY and choose the number of monthly installments in which you want to pay. APLAZAME will show you what interest you are going to pay and when the charges will be made. Finally, they will ask you for a few personal details and they will instantly decide if your financing is approved or not.

Are there any additional shipping costs?
The shipping cost to Spain is included in the final price of the item indicated in the ad. The international DHL rate will be applied to all those shipments outside of Spain. This cost will be indicated on the payment gateway.

Why do I receive notifications from my bank during payment by credit card?
The most important point of the PSD2 regulation (Royal Decree Law 19/2018) is to increase security in online purchases for customers. That is why your bank may ask you to perform a double authentication. This double authentication can be through your banking APP, the banks website or a message sent to your mobile phone. If in doubt, consult your bank.
