Where do you deliver?
We ship to Germany, France, Italy and Belgium. Except to islands: Corsica (France), Guadeloupe (France), Sardinia, Elva Island, Giglio Island, Giannutri, Tremiti, Ischia, Ustica, Pantelleria, Favignana, Lampedusa & Linosa, Stromboli, Canneto Lipari, Lipari and to destinations outside mainland Europe.

Orders in Spain are shipped with DHL or DHL PARCEL depending on the measurements of the item. International shipments (France, Italy, Germany) are processed through DHL or GLS.

The cost of shipping to Spain is included in the final price of the item indicated in the ad.

I cant see the tracking of my order?

Do you deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
Currently we do not ship to the Canary Islands, French islands, Portuguese islands or Italian islands.
Does the carrier take the package home and assemble the product?
The transport company will take the product to your address, at street level. The person in charge of bringing the package will not have the obligation to upload it and in no case should they assemble the product. It is the customer who must take care of the assembly of the article with the assembly instructions included.
