How does delivery work and what do I do if I am not at home on the day of delivery?

Once you have successfully processed the order, you will receive the tracking information from the transport company for the next 24 hours. Please note that tracking information may take time to appear. If after 24 hours you have not received the tracking information, please contact us so that we can send you this information.

If the delivery person cannot locate you at home, will call you to arrange the delivery and in the event that the delivery is not possible, your order will be deposited in a DHL agency so that you can pick it up within 10 calendar days.
