PayPal Pay in Instalments lets you buy now and split the cost into monthly instalments through your PayPal account, provided you meet PayPal’s eligibility criteria for your country.
At checkout, select PayPal. If the merchant offers it and you’re eligible, you’ll see a “Pay in instalments” option (e.g., “Pay in 3”). Complete the purchase by accepting the plan terms. The first instalment may be charged at purchase and the remaining ones are collected automatically.

You might be ineligible, the merchant may not have instalments enabled, or there could be a temporary issue. Try logging out and back in, check your payment methods, or contact PayPal support.
