How do I receive my Gift Card once purchased?

It is a 100% digital and immediate process. Once you complete the purchase, you will receive an email containing the unique card code. We do not send a physical card by mail, but the system is designed so you can easily use it or give it as a gift.

The card is for me, how do I load the balance?

To use the money, you must first link the card to your user account.

Copy the code you received in the email.
Go to the website and log in.
Go to My Account > My Gift Cards.
Paste the code into "Add code" and click apply. The balance will be saved to your account.

I want to give it to someone else, what options do I have?

You have two ways to deliver it:

Digital: You can forward the email with the code to them whenever you wish.
Physical: The email includes an attached PDF. You can print it out and give it to them in person so they have something physical to open.

What must the person receiving the gift do?

The lucky recipient must create an account on our website (or log in if they already have one) and follow the same activation steps: go to My Account > My Gift Cards and enter the code to link the balance to their profile.

How do I redeem my balance when making a purchase?

Once you have the products in your cart, go to the payment process (Checkout) or cart. There you will see a specific field to enter codes. If you have already linked the card in "My Account," the system will allow you to select it for payment.

Where exactly do I enter the code?

Careful here! Do not put it in the "Discount Codes" field. You must look for the box found just below the discount code field. They are two different fields.

My gift cards do not appear at checkout, what is happening?

The most common error is not being logged in. To see available gift card codes and apply them, it is essential to have logged into your account before proceeding to payment.

Is it mandatory to register on the website to use it?

Yes. Whether the card is for you or it was a gift, the system requires you to have an account created and be logged in to manage the balance and apply it to the order.

Once I add the code to "My Account," do I need to save the email?

It is not strictly necessary. The great thing about our system is that once you link the code in the "My Gift Cards" section, the money is stored digitally in your profile. Thus, for your next purchase, the balance will be there waiting for you without needing to search for the old email.

When can I spend the balance?

Your card can always be used on the next purchase you make. Once linked, the balance will remain available in your account until you decide to use it on an order.
