What is a refurbished product?
They are products from returns or products used to make the catalog photographs reviewed and restored by the official technical service.
Is it second hand?
They are not second-hand products. All our reconditioned products have been reviewed and restored by the official technical service and offer a 1-year warranty.
Can I see real photographs?
We do not have specific photos of all reconditioned products. The condition of the item will always be specified in the ad.
Does it have a guarantee?
Yes, the warranty is 1 year from receipt of the product.
What faults does it have?
Defects in our refurbished products may be cosmetic or due to packaging.
Is the product new or used?
Depending on the category, it may be that the article is new without even having been assembled. In any case, its use, if there has been one, is superficial.
What is the stock availability on refurbished items?
Availability is subject to returns and condition of the items.
When will the product be back in stock?
Every week we offer refurbished products, we cannot have a forecast, however cardio items have a higher turnover.
What does category A mean?
These are products from returns that are in perfect condition but, due to the packaging, do not meet the standards for new products.
What does category B mean?
These are products from returns that are in very good condition but may show slight signs of use such as cosmetic defects or surface stains.
What are the conditions for clearance products?
They are new products that we want to liquidate from our catalogue and are discounted.
How are refurbished products evaluated?
All products are reviewed by our technical service, ensuring the perfect functioning of the product and cataloged according to grades A and B.
