Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically. If you wish to cancel it, please contact us requesting its cancellation through the following form and selecting the option "Cancellation of my order".
In case you receive the number you can reject it as soon as the dealer comes. If you reject it at the time of tracking the order before we can respond to you, it means that your order is in the hands of the transport company.
When the order is already being shipped, the item will be returned to our warehouse at no cost to you.
