I have received something other than what I ordered, what can I do?

If you have not received correctly what you had ordered, it may be a logistical error. Contact us through the following form and selecting the option "Other type of query" indicating which item you have received so that we can identify the wrong item. To speed up the process, we would appreciate it if you could attach a photo of the product received.
Once all the information has been received We will process the return of the wrong item and send you the correct item as soon as possible."
